The Bike Belt advantages:

The belts are available in four sizes: S, M, L, XL

Fitting

1. Ensure the back of the belt is in the small of the back.
   
2. Overlap the black belt at the front as tight as possible.
   
3. Take a hold of the elasticated adjusting straps (black), pull away from the black belt and pull forward to the desired tension onto the black belt.
